The Role

You will advise a diverse range of clients on complex employment matters. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable handling sensitive and high-stakes legal issues, managing client relationships at the highest level, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• An Employment Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate or Partner level), ideally experienced in representing both employees and employers.
• Technically excellent, with a track record of handling complex employment law mandates.
• A self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment, capable of maintaining high standards of client service independently.
• Someone with strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of business development and building client relationships.
