Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts across the full lifecycle, accountable for retention and growth.
• Design onboarding and enablement programs that drive quick adoption and expansion.

• 3 to 6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experienced in renewals and expansions, with a consultative, proactive approach.
