Together with our partner companies emsys VPP and emsys grid services, we at energy & meteo systems do our best every day to efficiently integrate renewable energies into electricity grids and markets and to further advance the energy transition. To this end, we offer our customers – electricity traders and grid operators worldwide – pioneering software products and full services. In addition to wind and solar power forecasts, these include virtual power plants for controlling decentralized energy systems and a platform concept for forward-looking grid planning.

• You will provide our existing international customers – mainly electricity traders – with expert advice on the use of our “Virtual Power Plant” software in their day-to-day operations.
• In customer contact – usually by email – you will answer technical and specialist questions about the software and its application.
• And if you don’t have an answer at hand, you will exchange ideas with your support team or our software experts.
• You have a commercial, technical or scientific background, e.g. a degree in physics, energy economics, environmental sciences, business informatics, business administration or another suitable qualification.
• Your approach to our services is important – ideally you are already familiar with the energy market and renewable energies and electricity grids or are willing to learn about these topics.
• You may be experienced in technical sales / customer service or perhaps have worked as a sales engineer or customer advisor.
• In customer contact, you impress with your open and communicative manner, very good German and English skills and the ability to analyze complex processes and tasks and respond to customer requests in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are keen to delve deeper into technical, operational and energy industry issues and would now like to work with us to further advance the energy transition
