Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate billing; technically correct mapping of billing structures in SAP, including maintaining the associated master data; creating and distributing market news in accordance with current market communication guidelines; systematically processing clarification cases and ensuring the timely resolution of open issues; and performing a variety of back‑office tasks, such as data maintenance, documentation, and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Grundkenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft oder erste Erfahrungen in der Abrechnung von Netznutzungsentgelten
• Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP oder Bereitschaft zurschnellen Einarbeitung
• Gutes Verständnis für Prozesse
• Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit und eine kundenorientierte Denkweise
• Arbeitszeitmodell: 38 Std./Woche
