Engagement Manager (Fully Remote)

• As an Engagement Manager, you are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure customer success.
• You will align with customer sponsors, manage budgets, and monitor progress while supporting the Hiring Success methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build complex project plans, manage workstream relationships, and facilitate internal and external meetings.
• Partner with technical teams, coordinate enablement initiatives, and ensure alignment with operations.
• Present executive briefings, scope and negotiate Statement of Work documents, and pass product certification exams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of business process or professional services consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of solution implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and deal with complex customer business issues.
