Engineering End to End Process Lead – Transformers (f/m/d)

As Engineering Process Lead, you will harmonize engineering practices across our global distribution transformers business to enable a unified, digital, and standardized approach. You’ll drive end-to-end engineering processes with emphasis on PLM, ERP integration, and digital tools, partnering with IT, operations, and sales. This role shapes how we design, build, and deliver transformers, boosting quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and support a global “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy.

• Lead the design and rollout of global engineering processes
• Align local factory practices into a single unified approach
• Drive PLM strategy and implementation across product lines
• Reduce manual work and eliminate process inefficiencies
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to define tool requirements
• Support the Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management
• Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows
• Experience with PLM systems (Windchill) and ERP (SAP)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
