Engineering Manager / Lead Software Development (gn) Microsoft Dynamics 365 | CRM

In this role, you will lead a global team of engineers and technical consultants to elevate engineering excellence and platform maturity on the Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service CRM. You’ll shape the evolution of the CRM stack, including AI-driven enhancements, to scale with SoftwareOne’s growth. You collaborate closely with product management and external partners to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad ownership and cross-functional impact.

• Lead and grow a global team of software engineers and consultants
• Steer the evolution of Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform, including AI integrations
• Establish and improve software engineering processes and ensure quality standards
• Contribute to design, implementation, documentation, and testing
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, and external partners to deliver solutions

• Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes using Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service
• Familiarity with agile practices (SCRUM, Kanban)
