English Contract Attorney

Description

• Perform privilege and responsiveness document review for eDiscovery matters.
• Conduct redactions, conceptual searching, first-level review, and second-level review as assigned.
• Use electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
• Assist with project-based legal support tasks in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve efficiency and streamline review workflows.
• Support additional legal work such as legal research, expert testimony preparation, and foreign language translation when needed.

Requirements

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second review.
• Experience using electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
• Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
• Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
• Availability to work hours and location on a project-by-project basis, including possible work outside standard business hours.
