What you can expect as an English Educator (mfx) with us

• You will implement our modern pedagogical concept in our facilities and participate in the further development of the concept with our management team.
• You will independently design projects based on our child‑centered pedagogy and implement them with the children.
• You accompany the children as they discover nature, helping them to feel comfortable and develop an awareness of the environment.
• You communicate openly and confidently with parents and work in partnership with them.

What you need as an English Educator (mfx)

• You are an English Educator (mfx) with a recognised professional qualification as a childcare worker.
• You have a perfect or very good command of the English language.
• You have at least a B1 level in German and are interested in improving your German language skills.
• You are enthusiastic about working with children and have a high level of empathy and professional experience working with children aged 6 months to 6 years.
• You are sensitive to issues such as well‑being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
• You are familiar with theories and practices of child development and early childhood education.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children, families, and teams.
