Investor Relations Analyst / Associate (English-speaking) (m/f/d)

Our client – a growth-oriented Private Markets manager with a focus on Private Equity – is exclusively seeking an analytically strong, communicative professional to join their Investor Relations team. You will take on substantive responsibility at the interface between the investment and IR functions, support institutional investors and family offices throughout the full investor lifecycle, and develop towards an increasingly independent IR role over time.

Your Responsibilities

• Production of high-quality investor materials – presentations, DDQ responses, quarterly reports and pitchbooks – in close collaboration with investment and product teams
• Coordination and content preparation of investor meetings, roadshows and industry events
• Active support of fundraising processes, co‑investment requests and club deal structuring
• CRM maintenance and structured tracking of investor contacts and fundraising pipeline
• Market and competitive analysis to support the strategic positioning of fund vehicles
• Interface function with legal, compliance and product teams on fund‑structural and regulatory content

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent – CFA candidacy or similar qualifications welcome
• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Asset Management or Institutional Client Coverage
• Solid understanding of Alternative Investments, fund structures and institutional investment processes; Private Markets exposure is a plus but not a requirement
• Some prior touchpoints with institutional investors or family offices – whether through direct client contact or project work
• Precise in handling complex content, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus but not required
• Structured, proactive personality with the drive to take ownership and contribute in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
