Enterprise Account Executive | €240K OTE 50/50 uncapped | Munich (hybrid/remote across DACH)

Banks, payment providers and insurers are drowning in compliance work, KYC, KYB, AML, and most of it is still done by hand. This is the role that gets to sell them the way out:

• AI-driven compliance automation for KYC/KYB and AML in regulated industries
• ARR tripled in the last 12 months, and they just closed a Series A (Jan 2026)
• Founders have built and exited before (one exit to a global enterprise software giant)
• Already landed one of the world's largest payment networks as a customer
• Founder-led motion moving into scale mode, you get in before the structure hardens
• Product live across Europe and the US, transparent and analytical sales culture

What is expected:

• Full-cycle enterprise/mid-market closing into banks, payment, leasing, factoring & insurance
• Close €100K–250K ARR deals across 6–12 month, multi-stakeholder cycles (5–10+ people)
• Sell to Compliance, Operations, Product, CFOs and Managing Directors
• Run a sharp MEDDIC/MEDDPICC motion with real stakeholder mapping
• Own your pipeline: ~80% outbound/self-generated (SDR-supported), ~20% inbound
• Operate without perfect structure, builder mentality, not babysitter

What you bring:

• 3–4+ years B2B sales experience
• Experience closing €100K+ ARR deals (or close to it)
• Comfortable with long, complex 6–12 month cycles
• Real outbound DNA, you self-source, you don't wait for leads
• Low ego, high ownership, sharp, proactive, at home in the chaos
• Fluent German and English
