Job Description:

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for the Volkswagen Group worldwide to drive business growth and customer success through HPE’s technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning IT strategies with business goals and leading complex engagements across a diverse portfolio in strong cooperation with the VW Account Executive.

• Align customer KPIs and priorities with HPE’s solutions to position HPE as a long-term strategic partner.
• Develop and execute growth plans across HPE’s portfolio, leveraging internal tools and programs.
• Identify and lead high-value opportunities (with a focus on aaS business), manage pipeline activities, and close complex deals.
• Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
• Manage and evolve the partner ecosystem within the account to support strategic goals.
• Stay current on IT trends and innovations, advising customers and mentoring internal teams.
• Lead and empower the extended account team, ensuring governance and team development.
• Collaborate across HPE to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
• Own and execute a comprehensive account business plan, aligning with all key stakeholders.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

• Academic degree in economic or similar field of studies
• 5+ years of sales experience in strategic account management and enterprise IT solutions, ideally in automotive industry
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of IT trends and digital transformation
• Understanding of the IT requirements in regulated finance environments
• Broad understanding of the HPE portfolio to apply standard as well as creative solutions to meet customer needs
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on multiple levels to drive pipeline and sales
• Expertise in managing end- to-end sales processes in complex, multinational conglomerate environments
• Business fluency in German and English language
