Enterprise Architect - ERP Transformation (m/w/d)

As Enterprise Architect, you will lead the ERP transformation to create a future-ready IT landscape. You’ll align business needs with technical execution and define architecture standards across IT and business units. You’ll drive integration of SAP S/4HANA with other critical systems and shape reference architectures and roadmaps. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on design, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable architecture.

• Evaluate technologies and tools to support ERP implementation
• Assess impact of new systems on IT and business processes
• Identify architectural risks and mitigation strategies
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
• Ensure consistent architecture standards across IT and business units
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and domain experts to align tech with business strategy
• Define reference architectures and roadmaps for growth and transformation
• Ensure ERP program aligns with long-term business goals and IT strategy
• Lead integration design of SAP S/4HANA into the wider ecosystem
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance teams
• Act as strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture with ERP transformation in large, international organizations
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its integrations
• Experience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or ArchiMate
• SAP Signavio and/or SAP LeanIX experience desirable
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, middleware, APIs, data architecture, and cybersecurity

• Confident decision-maker with strong stakeholder management skills
