Role Overview

The Enterprise Onboarding Coordinator is an internal support role on Pearl’s Enterprise Onboarding team, focused on keeping our elite DSO accounts moving. This is primarily a behind‑the‑scenes execution role: maintaining project documentation, tracking action items across workstreams, updating systems, and ensuring nothing slips between meetings. You’ll work closely with the Enterprise Onboarding Manager and cross‑functional teammates — not running accounts directly, but making sure the team has everything it needs to keep large, complex rollouts on track.
