Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?
In this role, you will drive new business growth across our Emerging Markets region, targeting enterprise organisations with 2,000+ employees at headquarters in countries such as Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Turkey, Czechia, Greece and South Africa. This is a key growth market for ADP. Daily, you will identify and engage new prospects, build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with alliance partners, internal stakeholders, and solution experts to create winning opportunities. You'll spend your time prospecting, networking, managing stakeholders, and advancing opportunities through a structured sales process.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. You are naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how to navigate complex organisations with diplomacy and professionalism. You know how to balance proactive business development with relationship‑building and can confidently engage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
