Задачи:

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, focusing on net-new customer acquisition, while leveraging a dedicated DACH BDR team, strategic partnership managers, and specialized marketing to drive pipeline growth;
• Identify, pursue, and close software platforms and marketplace opportunities to expand Adyen’s ecosystem;
• Lead long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, aligning Product, Engineering, Finance, and leadership teams;
• Build persuasive, value-driven narratives showing how Adyen’s embedded products unlock new revenue streams, deepen user retention, and drive scalable operational efficiency for strategic partners;
• Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships within target customers;
• Collaborate with global Product, Account Management, and Professional Services teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner growth.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of enterprise sales experience, including experience selling a platform or embedded-tech solution;
• Proven success building and scaling reseller, channel, or platform partnership motions;
• Experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals;
• Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives and technical decision-makers;
• Strong commercial strategy skills, with the ability to sell on value and shape bespoke partner-led monetization models;
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments;
• Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, embedded payments, fintech, or related technology fields.
