Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA)

Start Date – 7/21 & 8/18

Training Hours – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST/EST (In Respective Time Zone)

Shift – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST/EST (In Respective Time Zone)

Hybrid Schedule

This position is based in Winchester, VA.

• Hybrid onsite 3 days per week – may be required any day as specific days are undetermined.
• Be prepared to be onsite for the duration of training if equipment is delayed or if any issues arise during setup. Ideally, after successful onboarding, released to the Hybrid Teleworking schedule.
• No time off in the first 6 months – no exceptions.

Job Description

• Pull task requests for mortgage loan data and documents; complete orders, follow‑ups, or other necessary actions to fulfill orders.
• Communicate written and verbally with vendors and internal colleagues.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail for complete order processing.
• Provide foundational experience in company mortgage practices, with opportunity to advance from Admin to other Home Lending areas as business allows.
• Create initial disclosures for applications that meet requirements.
• Review purchase contracts; comprehension of contract details is required.
• Strong attention to detail or prior experience reviewing documents is a plus.
• Gain experience in the mortgage process with potential advancement as business allows.
