We are currently seeking candidates for our headquarters in Mauerstetten. Focus: Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

We are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our company-wide ERP system and driving the digitization and standardization of our business processes. We emphasize simple, efficient structures, flat hierarchies, and cross-functional responsibility requiring collaboration and initiative. We seek a dynamic, results-oriented individual to lead the project as soon as possible.

Your Role

You will assume overall project management for the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In this role, you will manage all sub-projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and bear responsibility for a successful rollout. The role combines clear project responsibility with a deep understanding of our retail processes. You will not only design a system but also shape how our company will operate in the future.

Your Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the timeline, budget, and quality of the ERP project.
Management and coordination of all sub-projects (Finance, Supply Chain Management, CRM, etc.).
Leadership of internal project teams and close collaboration with business units.
Management of the external implementation partner.
Facilitating decisions in cases of conflicting objectives (e.g., standard vs. custom requirements).
Ensuring that processes within the system are simple, efficient, and feasible.
Preparation and reporting to senior management.

Several years of experience in project management, ideally with experience in the retail industry.
You can structure, prioritize, and consistently implement complex issues.
You present yourself confidently, identify resistance early on, mediate conflicting interests, and drive decisions forward.
You understand how processes actually work in day-to-day operations and implement practical solutions.

Your work style is characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, a hands-on operational mindset, and a strict focus on on-time delivery. You evaluate alternatives from an economic perspective; efficiency and pragmatism guide your actions.
