As a Sales Specialist at Moson Tech, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key figure in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and provide training to new team members. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Barcelona office.
Excellent communication and customer‑centric skills to guarantee quality service and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in sales and sales management, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Skills in training and developing teams to empower colleagues and ensure sales targets are met.
Experience in the technology sector and knowledge of digital sales techniques are a plus.
