• Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, and business formation services.
• Review pre-collected intake documents before client consultations.
• Conduct thorough virtual client meetings and consultations.
• Deliver practical, personalized legal strategies to clients.
• Manage cases independently with support from a dedicated back-office team.

Requirements

• Active bar license in good standing.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.
• 3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
• Comfort with managing cases independently.
• Experience conducting virtual consultations.
• Tax planning experience is a plus.
• Business formation experience is a plus.
• Special needs planning experience is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is valued.
