Ethics Compliance Officer – Renal Pharma

Responsibilities

• Supports Fresenius Medical Care's mission and compliance program
• Collaborates with business to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
• Acts as a Privacy and Security Officer for the assigned division
• Leads compliance activities within the division
• Provides training and guidance on compliance policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5–8 years' experience in healthcare and/or compliance, or 3 years healthcare and/or compliance experience with a relevant Master's degree
• Strong writing skills with specific experience in the areas of developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and training in a healthcare environment
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
