What we expect

You will promote TK Elevator’s compliance culture and compliance awareness worldwide in close coordination with the regional compliance organisation.
You will support the further development and implementation of the TK Elevator compliance strategy, with a focus on preventive measures, processes, tools and digital solutions.
You will identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks in the global elevator business, particularly in the area of antitrust law.
You will advise corporate functions and business units in a pragmatic, risk‑oriented and business‑focused manner on compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines.
You monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess their impact and derive practical recommendations.
You will take on responsibility in international projects, work flexibly on changing compliance priorities and bring an affinity for IT‑supported and AI‑based work methods.

Who we are looking for

You have relevant qualifications and experience in the field of compliance, ideally a law degree with in‑depth knowledge of antitrust law.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a company, a compliance role or a law firm specialising in commercial law.
You possess high ethical standards, sound judgement and enjoy collaborating in a diverse, international environment.
You are characterised by strong communication skills, positive energy, flexibility and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented "can‑do" attitude.
You work confidently in a matrix organisation and interact successfully with various stakeholders.
You have a strong affinity for digital tools, IT‑supported processes and AI applications.
And last but not least, you are fluent in English and German.
