Senior Manager Ethics & Compliance – Düsseldorf

Industry: Legal, Full‑time (40hrs/week), Permanent; Work arrangement: Hybrid with 2 days onsite in Düsseldorf; Eligibility: All genders.

Overview

We seek a Senior Manager for Ethics & Compliance to lead the local compliance program, ensuring effective, business‑aligned practices while fostering an ethical culture across QVC Deutschland.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on compliance and ethics issues.
• Develop and implement local compliance measures aligned with global standards.
• Design and deliver training and awareness programs.
• Lead risk‑mitigation initiatives and support audits.
• Participate in investigations and cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Legal background or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in compliance, law, audit, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of anti‑corruption, competition law, corporate governance and related topics.
• Experience in developing compliance programs, risk assessment and mitigation measures.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a confident, professional presence.
• A pragmatic, solution‑oriented, and ethical working style.
