European Operation Specialist - Mobile & Internet Business

We are looking for a European Operation Specialist - Mobile & Internet Business ((all genders, m/w/d)) to join our team.

Note: Due to company requirements the employment contract will be in the form of an Outsourcing Contract.

Responsibilities:

EU Compliance Operation: Responsible for daily local operation of European mobile and internet business in line with GDPR and EU regulatory requirements. Assist domestic teams with backend configuration, parameter adjustment and operational support to ensure compliant and stable business operation.
European User Refund Processing: Review and verify internet service refund requests from European users, follow up end-to-end refund procedures, archive cases, and ensure user experience and financial compliance.
Industry and Competitor Insight: Continuously monitor European mobile and internet industry trends, track competitor devices, functional strategies, monetization models and local operation approaches, and deliver regular competitive analysis reports.
User Feedback & Public Opinion Resolution: Collect, analyze and resolve European user complaints, product feedback and local public opinion issues. Collaborate with domestic product and technical teams to identify root causes and drive full-process closed-loop optimization.
Local Version & Feature Acceptance: Conduct online acceptance and verification of new internet features and versions based on local European network environments. Check functionality, stability and localization adaptation to prevent online risks.
Business Data Monitoring: Oversee European internet business monetization revenue and mobile phone sales data. Complete daily statistics, data verification, anomaly alert and regular operational reporting to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or above degree.
Work Experience: Relevant and proven experience in overseas operation, local operation, internet product operation, user operation or international compliance operation. Experience in European mobile/internet business is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent English (written & spoken) for independent overseas communication, report writing and cross-border teamwork. Basic German desirable for local stakeholder coordination (not mandatory)
Professional Skills: Basic understanding of EU GDPR and internet compliance rules; capable of competitor analysis, public opinion handling and data analysis; familiar with internet feature launch and operational verification processes.
Personal Traits: Logical, proactive and execution-oriented. Able to collaborate cross-timezone with domestic teams; sensitive to overseas user demands and local market differences with strong closed-loop awareness.
