Event Coordinator - Ingolstadt

Role Overview

Candlelight Concerts are classical music concerts held in intimate venues across multiple cities. We are seeking an onsite Event Coordinator to manage these events, primarily on weekends. This is a part‑time, freelance or working student position.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff; communicate directly with Fever Originals manager.
• Maintain full visibility into staff roster, set schedules, and coordinate with staffing agencies for any event reschedules.
• Ensure all staff are trained for their duties, including ticket validation, guest seating, and safety measures, while representing the Fever brand.
• Manage inventory for venues.
• Oversee printing needs.
• Handle guest lists for all events.
• Conduct opening and closing remarks at events.
• Provide daily reporting to Fever Originals Project Managers on each event’s status, including pre and post‑event findings and feedback.
• Assist in evaluating and executing walk‑throughs of potential venues.
• Represent both the Fever and Candlelight brands through professional communication and management; act as the main customer service representative at every event.
• Opportunity to develop career and potentially manage Candlelight and other Fever Original events.

Required Profile

• 2+ years of experience in event management and/or a relevant degree (preferred).
• Native German and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest and passion for live music and event organization.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience leading an on‑site team.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a pressured environment.
• Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable.
