Tasks

• German at native level (C2)


• Business English at fluent level (C1) , both written and spoken


• Very good Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field (M.A., M.Sc., etc.)


• 2–6 years of professional experience , preferably in consulting, venture capital (VC), digital health, or software companies


• Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented working style


• Excellent communication skills and an open personality


• Strong analytical and conceptual skills


• Expertise in project management


• Experience with CRM software solutions and/or ISO certifications is an advantage


• Willingness to work 100% on-site in Eggenfelden and travel occasionally


• Ideally, initial experience as an Executive Assistant to the Management/CEO or Chief of Staff


• Strong enthusiasm for digital health and dental practice management software


• Highly curious, dynamic, and open-minded personality


• High level of professionalism and commitment to quality
