Your Tasks

Executive Communication

• Design and deliver high-impact CMO presentations
• Translate complex strategic content into clear, compelling and visually powerful narratives
• Shape end-to-end storytelling, from content structuring to final execution
• Ensure consistency, clarity and premium quality across all leadership communication
• Define the architecture of marketing enablement (learning modules, InfoHub, etc), guide set-up and development
• Design content structures, user journeys and standards to ensure simple and scalable access
• Steer agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
• Ensure usability and adoption of enablement solutions across the organization

Your Profile

• Expertise in executive presentation design and visual storytelling
• Strong visual thinking and design skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, expert level Adobe Suite and/or similar Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, knowledge of Premiere and AfterEffects, nice to have is Figma)
• Experience in digital learning, platform design or marketing enablement
• Strong understanding of user experience, information architecture and content structuring
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, senior stakeholder environment
• Working flexibility to accommodate temporary workload picks

We are looking for a strategic storyteller and marketing enablement expert who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives and create impactful solutions that help teams succeed. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, to shape high-visibility communications while designing scalable marketing enablement frameworks that drive learning, collaboration, and business impact across the organization.

Please note: This role is offered on a 50% part-time basis, with an expected working time of approximately 19 hours per week.
