Executive Vice President Global Enterprise Vertical Head, Aerospace & Defense (m/f/d)

In this role you will shape and lead DSV’s global Aerospace & Defence vertical strategy and drive sustainable growth. You will position DSV as a trusted logistics partner to leading aerospace manufacturers, aviation organizations, defence contractors, and MRO providers worldwide. You’ll translate market trends into scalable supply chain solutions while ensuring quality, security, and resilience across the business. You will lead commercial and regional initiatives, build senior-level partnerships, and develop high-performing teams. • Define and lead the global Aerospace & Defence strategy aligned with long-term commercial ambitions
• Drive global revenue growth through strategic account development, retention, and new opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across aerospace, aviation, defence, and related industries
• Translate market trends and customer priorities into scalable logistics and supply chain solutions
• Strengthen DSV’s position as a preferred strategic logistics partner in the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem
• Lead commercial excellence initiatives across enterprise accounts, pipeline development, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with regional leadership, divisions, and global functions to ensure consistent execution of the vertical strategy
• Represent DSV in executive customer engagements, partnerships, and industry forums
• Drive operational alignment with high standards of quality, security, compliance, and resilience
• Develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration across regions, divisions, and functions

• Commercially driven executive with deep Aerospace & Defence knowledge and a track record of strategic partnerships and growth in global contexts
• Extensive senior leadership experience in global logistics, A&D, aviation, supply chain, or similar complex sectors
• Strong understanding of A&D supply chains including OEMs, Tier suppliers, defence contractors, airlines, and MRO providers
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, operational, P&L, or supply chain functions
• Proven ability to develop and execute global growth strategies and customer-centric solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory, quality, security, trade compliance, and risk requirements relevant to the sector
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including C-suite engagement
• Experience operating in complex global matrix organisations
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial judgement and execution capability
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous
