Expert - Automotive Technology Planning

In this role you help shape Huawei's automotive technology strategy from Munich, scouting external partners and universities to identify collaboration opportunities. You monitor EU tech trends and assess new technologies for product impact, coordinating end-to-end project progress and external partnerships. You will facilitate joint events and partnerships with academia and industry, driving a technology roadmap with high customer value. • Master degree in technical subject
• Several years of experience in technology industries and in research collaborations and business negotiation
• Broad network with academics and industry (universities, research institutes, VCs, startups)
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills with independent working capability
• Fluent in English; German and/or Chinese advantageous
• Willingness to travel abroad (20%+ annually)
• Experience in international cooperation in European Projects
