Expert Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) - Remote possible

In this role you will shape PERI's global compensation and benefits strategy, focusing on variable remuneration and incentive design across international operations. You will optimize C&B tools, ensure legal compliance, and benchmark market pay to inform salary bands. You will lead and participate in global projects, coordinate annual bonus and salary review cycles, and enhance the benefits portfolio to attract and motivate talent. You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to drive data-driven decision making and support PERI’s people strategy.

• Drive global C&B initiatives and analyze variable remuneration systems
• Design and implement incentive models aligned with corporate goals
• Optimize global C&B processes and tools with international compliance
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market studies to inform bands
• Lead or participate in regional/global C&B projects as internal expert
• Coordinate annual bonus and salary review cycles with HR Controlling
• Further develop the global benefits portfolio to attract and motivate
• Provide high-level internal consultancy to HR Business Partners and management

• 7–10 years of HR experience with strong C&B track record, preferably international
• Master in Business Administration (or Bachelor with extensive experience)
• In-depth understanding of remuneration instruments, grading structures, and HR processes
• Strong numerical analytics; translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with works councils and German labor law
• High proficiency in HR IT systems and advanced Excel; e.g., SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and consulting skills; structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Business fluent in German and English (B2-C1)
