Expert Compliance (m/f/d)

In this role you strengthen Exyte's Compliance Management System and take ownership of key areas such as anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and human rights. You monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable measures, while driving rollout of compliance initiatives across regions. You advise internal stakeholders on routine and complex matters and design engaging training and campaigns. You also lead the Speak-Up program, enhancing investigations and stakeholder engagement to support a responsible business culture.

• Enhance and own core compliance areas within the Compliance Management System
• Monitor regulations and trends; translate impact into practical measures
• Develop and coordinate rollout of compliance initiatives and digital tools across regions
• Act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and provide practical guidance
• Create and deliver compliance campaigns and trainings (online and in-class)
• Advance the Speak-Up Program; manage investigations and strengthen case management

• Degree in (Business) Law, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years in compliance, governance, legal, audit or related field, ideally international
• Solid understanding of core compliance topics; eager to deepen expertise
• Proficient in MS Office; affinity for digital tools and data-driven work
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, structured, process-oriented
• Fluent in German and English
