In this role, you guide chemical management and product safety compliance to turn complex regulations into practical, scalable solutions. You will partner with Product Development, Sourcing and Quality Management to embed compliance in the product lifecycle. You’ll monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, and drive improvements in processes and tools. This position lets you shape standards that matter for a global fashion brand known for innovation and responsibility. You’ll work at the intersection of science, fashion and sustainability to enable safe, compliant products at scale.

- Act as the go-to expert for Chemical Management, Restricted Substances (RSL), Testing Programs and product safety requirements
- Maintain and enhance the RSL, Testing Matrix and related compliance standards
- Provide hands-on guidance to Product Development, Sourcing, Quality Management and other functions
- Monitor regulatory developments and support their implementation within HUGO BOSS
- Manage compliance risks, evaluate test results and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, simplification and automation of Product Compliance processes and tools
- Support reporting, KPI monitoring and compliance documentation
- Degree in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, Environmental Science, Product Compliance or a comparable field
- 5-7 years of experience in Chemical Management, Product Compliance, Product Safety or related area
- Strong knowledge of RSL management, chemical regulations, testing programs and product compliance requirements
- Experience working with suppliers, laboratories and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lateral leadership experience or ability to coordinate projects across functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in process optimization, digitalization and automation
