Overview

In this Senior Product Designer role, you will shape the mobile experience for AutoScout24's B2C offering, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver delightful, accessible designs. You’ll own end-to-end product experiences and drive strategic decisions for the mobile platform. You’ll use data to uncover problems, evaluate trade-offs, and iterate toward impact for users and the business. Verantwortungsbereiche

Set and maintain a high bar for mobile design craft to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences
Own end-to-end design for a specific product experience
Use data to identify problems, evaluate trade-offs, and iterate
Contribute to strategic decisions on the future direction of the mobile experience
Advocate for mobile best practices across interaction design, motion, performance, and conventions
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across mobile platforms
Push boundaries and seek opportunities to improve
Be an active part of and contribute to the design community

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years of in-house Product Designer experience on digital products with a focus on mobile apps (iOS & Android)
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking from discovery to execution with impact
Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, platform guidelines, and usability principles
Experience mentoring designers and strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills
Critical eye for high-craft design and willingness to challenge the status quo
Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
Experience collaborating with Visual/Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Writers
Experience defining product goals, spotting opportunities, and deciding based on impact to people and the company
