Senior Product Designer

• Deeply analyse customer and business problems to identify pain points
• Create impactful, elegant solutions quickly
• Think strategically about product scope from high level to connect gaps
• Present design work and articulate design decisions
• Update acceptance criteria and define logic for your work
• Own end-to-end design process from ideation to final test build and release
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers
• Work across employee, employer, and admin dashboards to solve cross-platform problems
• Build and update components in the Design system
• Contribute to redefining how people work globally

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences
• Portfolio with AI-powered features or AI tools in design workflows
• Passion for design and ability to learn fast
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• At least 5 years of end-to-end product design for web and app
• Strong B2B experience
• Strong UX and UI knowledge
• Experience in design systems
• Comfort working embedded in a development team and involved in end-to-end development process
