(Senior) Manager Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance

In this role you ensure global EHS classification compliance for Boehringer products and materials, strengthening local governance for Safety Data Sheets. You provide expert consultancy, build capability through trainings, and coordinate a classification service team. For the Senior Manager level, you lead a global EHS expert network and govern global classification processes, including oversight of the Manila Service Center and process improvements. You work across regions to advance safe handling of chemicals within the Boehringer network.

• Master's degree in EHS & Sustainability, Engineering or natural sciences
• years of experience in global regulations for hazardous materials and DG (GHS, REACH, CLP)
• basic understanding of SAP EHS module
• strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• excellent English; German a plus
• Senior Manager: extensive experience leading global cross-functional networks and stakeholder management across regions
