You drive a customer-centric energy proposition, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams to scale operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and own the global product vision for the energy business across markets
Standardize tariff logic, billing, metering, and market communication processes
Conduct market analysis to inform product design and strategic decisions
Collaborate with engineering, energy operations, trading, and partner teams
Define KPIs and drive process improvements for scalable growth
Work with commercial, marketing, and sales to position energy products effectively

Zentrale Anforderungen

4+ years in product management in energy retail, trading, or metering in Europe
Proven track record building or scaling energy retail products and systems
Ability to translate regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements into scalable propositions
Deep understanding of energy market structures, regulatory frameworks, and market operations
Knowledge of dynamic pricing, flexibility, and digital energy services
Experience with energy market systems, metering, data management, and trading or billing platforms
Excellent English and German communication skills
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
