Expert ERP Consultant – m/f/d

Responsibilities

• Independently implement client projects
• Drive digital transformation; optimize and design business processes and strategies
• Lead workshops, training sessions and client pitches
• Work closely with our development team and manage the development process
• Take responsibility for multiple exciting projects simultaneously
• Be the go‑to person in your team for complex tasks and projects
• Mentor Senior Consultants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• 8+ years' experience in ERP consulting; industry professionals transitioning into an expert consulting role are welcome
• Extremely quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and a high degree of self-motivation
• Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and complex problem solving
• A can‑do attitude combined with deep professional expertise
• Business-fluent (at least C1) in German and English
