Expert ERP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Independently execute customer projects
• Drive digitalization initiatives; optimize and design company processes and strategies
• Lead workshops, trainings and client pitches
• Work closely with our development team and manage the development process
• Take responsibility for multiple exciting projects simultaneously
• Be the go-to person in your team for complex tasks and projects
• Mentor Senior Consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting; industry career-changers with expert-level background are also welcome
• Extremely quick to grasp new concepts, strong analytical thinking and a high level of self-motivation
• Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and complex problem solving
• Can-do attitude combined with deep subject-matter expertise
• Business-fluent language skills (minimum C1) in German and English
