Field Application Technician – Sales

Stellenbeschreibung:

Promote and further develop the presence and strength of the brands within the assigned sales territory
Present the portfolio of power tools, hand tools, and storage solutions to end customers
Generate demand through defined trade partners
Present tools and solutions to customers on site using a modern, fully equipped demonstration vehicle
Deliver hands-on product presentations and live application demonstrations
Identify and acquire potential commercial end customers, particularly trade businesses
Proactively acquire new customers and sustainably develop customer relationships
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for end customers and trade partners
Increase sales through needs analyses, application recommendations, and expanding the end customer's product portfolio
Collaborate across the sales organization to position Stanley Black & Decker as a market-leading provider

Requirements

Completed vocational training in a trade, technical, or commercial field is an advantage but not essential
Technical understanding
Practical experience using tools
Knowledge gained from trade or construction-related work
Ideally, practical experience in construction or in a trade such as carpentry, building, or mechanics
Strong communication skills
Initiative and self-motivation
Team spirit
Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays within the assigned sales territory
