A fantastic opportunity to join a growing fragrance business in a Field Sales & Education Executive position, with Germany as your main market and responsibility across Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied, hands‑on position where they can combine their passion for fragrance with strong commercial awareness, relationship building and engaging training.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own time, build connections across the retail network and make a real impact in each market you work in. It’s a role that requires someone who is proactive, confident and highly autonomous, with the energy to be out in the field and make things happen.

The Role

You’ll work closely with retail teams across Germany and the wider region, helping to strengthen sales performance while developing product knowledge, confidence and customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive and lasting relationships with retail teams and store partners
• Delivering engaging fragrance, product and brand training
• Coaching Beauty Advisors to build their confidence and commercial performance
• Supporting product launches, in-store activity and customer events
• Planning and delivering training sessions for individuals and groups
• Supporting larger‑scale events, workshops and brand experiences
• Identifying opportunities within your markets and taking action to improve performance
• Sharing market feedback and insights with the wider team
• Representing the brand confidently across different retail environments
• Managing your own diary, travel and priorities across the region

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced beauty, fragrance or luxury retail professional who combines strong sales experience with a genuine passion for education and developing others.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years’ experience within beauty, fragrance or premium/luxury retail
• Strong fragrance knowledge and a real interest in the category
• Previous experience delivering training, coaching or education
• A commercial mindset with a good understanding of sales performance and KPIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The confidence to engage and influence people at different levels
• A proactive, energetic and positive approach
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workloadThe confidence to work independently and make decisions in a field‑based environment
• A natural ability to create engaging and memorable training experiences

Fluency in German and English is essential, with French also required. Additional European languages would be an advantage.
