Field Sales Executive

• Acquire new craft businesses as customers


• Sustainably develop existing customer relationships within the sales territory


• Present TAIFUN software solutions on-site or online


• Configure software solutions according to customers' requirements and daily craft-business workflows


• Manage the entire sales process from initial customer contact through successful contract conclusion


• Identify market potential, monitor developments in the craft sector, and find new sales opportunities


• Use performance indicators to monitor activities and results and manage work purposefully


• Represent the company at trade fairs and events held by wholesalers


• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer journey


• Support craft businesses in their digital transformation and create practical value through TAIFUN software solutions

Requirements

• Sales enthusiasm and strong customer and service orientation


• Convincing, personable presence and strong communication skills


• Ideally, experience selling complex or consultative products


• Solid IT skills and interest in digital solutions


• Structured, reliable, and independent working style


• Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or completed university studies


• Valid driver's licence


• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
