Fully remote with travel required in Germany

Salary: up to €50.000 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance and benefits

A leading international food manufacturer serving retailers, distributors and foodservice partners in international markets.

Main duties: An opportunity to work with a well-known food brand where you will drive sales growth in Germany by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships and expanding the distribution of products across wholesalers, supermarkets, distributors and restaurants.

The role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers ensuring a high level of service and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Visit customers regularly across the German market understanding their needs and providing tailored product and sales solutions
• Grow sales and increase the number of products stocked and used by customers
• Support customers with product sourcing and help prevent out-of-stock situations
• Promote and educate customers on products through presentations, samples and product information.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and develop new opportunities.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and customer information preparing regular reports and business plans
• Travel frequently across Germany to meet customers, develop accounts and drive sales growth.

The candidate:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese ( written and spoken ) essential
• Business level German with a good level of English needed
• Experience working in Sales / Field sales / territory sales ideally within the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage priorities independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and be prepared to work flexible hours
