How It All Started

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

• 1. Identify new business opportunities for renewable‑energy product sales, expand installer and electrical distribution channels by analysing industry trends, targeting prospects and defining tailored sales approaches for EcoFlow.
• 2. Acquire and nurture long‑term partnerships with installers; activate nationwide distributor/dealer branch networks, diagnose under‑performing branches and drive corrective actions to boost downstream sales.
• 3. Organise and deliver installer training, promotional and partner‑led offline events to strengthen brand buy‑in and commercial collaboration.
• 4. Conduct in‑field follow‑ups on potential leads, roll out corporate sales strategies and provide on‑site product & technical support to accelerate business conversion.
• 5. Complete a minimum of 2‑3 field‑visit days weekly; gather customer & channel insights and submit regular performance and progress reports to management.

Your profile includes:

• 1. Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• 2. Experience in channel sales or cold calling & cold visit; candidates with a background in the renewable energy or electrical industry are preferred.
• 3. Able to travel frequently with strong time management skills.
• 4. Proficient in German and English.
• 5. Possess a valid driver's license and confident driving ability.
