Your role

As Field Sales Representative, you will drive new business with supply-chain and operations leaders across the DACH region. You will identify and engage target accounts, lead the full sales cycle from first contact to signed licence, and act as a trusted advisor on planning challenges. Working closely with our solution and product teams, you will play a key role in shaping regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline in manufacturing and food & beverage
• Engage senior decision-makers in supply chain, operations, finance and IT
• Lead discovery conversations and co-deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Scope pilots with clear success criteria and convert them into licences
• Develop business cases and manage proposals, negotiation and closing
• Share market insights with product and leadership teams

Your profile

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS or supply-chain solutions
• Proven track record of winning new accounts through outbound prospecting
• Consultative selling skills and credibility with operational and financial stakeholders
• Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region

Preferred

• Knowledge of supply-chain planning, APS, ERP or S&OP
• Experience selling to food & beverage or manufacturing companies
• An established network among supply-chain and operations leaders in the DACH region
