Finance Business Partner Commercial Finance (m/f/d)

As FP&A Business Partner at Redcare Pharmacy you will bridge finance, strategy and commercial insight to steer growth and value. You’ll partner with senior leaders to evaluate investments, pricing and growth initiatives in a fast-moving eCommerce environment. You leverage data, automation and AI to improve planning and decision-making, shaping profitability and unit economics across countries or models. This is a growth-focused role that combines financial rigor with strategic influence in a mission-driven company.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and day-to-day commercial decision-making
• Understand key financial and operational drivers, identify opportunities and risks, and improve profitability and unit economics
• Challenge initiatives through fact-based analysis, business cases and scenario modelling (pricing, marketing, growth investments)
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and longer-term planning, leveraging data and AI to make planning more efficient and decision-oriented
• Translate complex financial and commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management

• 8+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering experience
• Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, profitability and customer/unit economics
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with a data-driven mindset
• AI-first mindset to leverage AI, automation and new technologies in planning and decision-making
• Commercial mindset with ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions without direct authority
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior management
• Ability to independently own the financial steering of a country, business model or comparable area
