Corporate Finance: Assess funding options, capital structure, investments, and potential transactions; coordinate financial due diligence and execution support.
FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis; partner with business teams to improve financial performance.
Strategic Planning: Develop long‑term plans, evaluate growth opportunities, and track strategic initiatives against financial and operational goals.
Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
Assess profitability, cash flow, investment returns, and financial risks.
Validate planning assumptions with relevant business stakeholders.
Prepare recommendations and presentations for senior management.
Monitor initiative performance and recommend corrective actions.
Improve planning processes, reporting tools, and data quality.
Manage analysts or project teams where applicable.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant finance experience, including responsibility for complex analysis, planning, or project delivery.
For corporate finance roles, experience in valuation, financing, investment appraisal, or transaction support.
For FP&A roles, experience leading budgets, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
For strategic planning roles, experience developing business plans and evaluating strategic opportunities.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and commercial judgment skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial planning, ERP, or business intelligence tools.
Ability to communicate recommendations clearly and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are an advantage.
