Overview

In this role you will build and own workforce analytics capabilities to inform strategic planning across HR, Finance, and upper management. You’ll forecast supply and demand, run scenario analyses, and surface talent risks to support business decisions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and drive automation and governance of analytics products. This is a pivotal role at a company focused on innovative medicines with global reach.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Build and maintain workforce analytics models for strategic planning and delivery model design
Run supply/demand forecasting, scenario modelling and segmentation analyses to uncover risks and trends
Analyze turnover and talent pipeline data to surface opportunities
Deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics to guide workforce decisions
Translate business requirements into robust data models and outputs
Provide analytical support to other CoE teams as needed
Lead development and automation of core analytics products (e.g., Global SWP Dashboard)
Aggregate and validate workforce data from HR, business, and finance systems
Collaborate with HRIS teams to enhance data structures and reporting capabilities
Act as SME for data, privacy and security topics and document processes

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred in related fields (as per description)
5+ years in data-intensive roles (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Developer, Data Engineer, People Analytics)
Advanced expertise in Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python/Pandas, Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric
Experience with data collection, validation and stakeholder management
Experience delivering projects in global, multicultural environments
Experience in workforce analytics, predictive modelling and HR data (preferred)
Pharma, biotech or life sciences experience an advantage
Business-fluent English; German or Japanese a plus
