Finance Manager (m/f/w) EMEA HQ Export Operations

In this role you will manage Area HQ and export accounting activities for ADD EMEA, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting. You will lead RTR processes and lease accounting in partnership with the DFS teams, driving accuracy and continuous improvement. You’ll supervise analysts, coach teams, and coordinate with Dublin Hub and other stakeholders to resolve issues. • Manage transactional RTR activities for ADD EMEA Area HQ including expense budgets, refurbishment accounting, and top-side ledger entries
• Oversee lease accounting processes under ADD EMEA, including contract data, forecasting, and US GAAP lease reviews
• Supervise the Customer Rebates and Payments processes for Direct Export business to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and coach Analysts working on Area HQ, Lease Accounting, and Direct Export processes with effective resource planning
• Serve as Area EMEA liaison with Dublin Hub and DFS teams to drive continuous improvement and high-quality controls
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and liaise with External and Internal Auditors as needed
• Maintain effective communication with Diagnostic Division GMs, Controllers, Shared Service, and Export Operations management

• 5+ Years of Accounting experience
• International Divisional, Area or Affiliate experience preferred
• Good understanding of Internal Controls
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a demanding environment
