EMEA Claims Account Relationship Manager (CARM) (f/m/x)

In this role, you will serve as the client advocate within Claims for AIG’s strategic multinational accounts across EMEA. You’ll support retention and growth, represent Claims in client and broker meetings, and drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex claims. You’ll shape claims protocols, lead reviews, and implement data services to strengthen client partnerships. This is a mission-driven position for a client-centric insurer aiming to elevate AIG as the preferred partner for major clients.

• Manage claims relationships for assigned major accounts
• Support client retention and acquisition efforts
• Represent Claims in client and broker meetings
• Coordinate resolution of complex claims issues across business lines
• Develop and distribute claims protocols and bulletins
• Lead claims reviews for designated clients
• Facilitate claims data services and Intellirisk implementation
• Maintain Salesforce/client activity records
• Drive claims process improvements and best practices
• Communicate claim trends, regulatory developments, and organizational updates
• Partner with underwriting, multinational teams, marketing, communications, and other stakeholders
• Manage designated projects and client satisfaction initiatives

• At least several years of broad claims experience
• Multiple language capabilities
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• Negotiation skills for complex claims issues
• Presentation and communication skills
• Ability to leverage customer insight, NPS, CAB, and competitive analysis
• Experience collaborating across Claims, Marketing, Distribution, Communications, and Product teams
• Willingness to travel across EMEA
