Finance/Controlling Business Partner R&D – Global Career Development Opportunity (m/f/d)

In this role you will partner with Hilti's R&D organization to turn innovative ideas into supported strategies and profitable solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, shaping performance transparency and driving strategic initiatives. The position offers a development path into senior roles within Hilti's global organization. You will collaborate across functions to enhance innovation, product differentiation, and execution of the corporate strategy.

• Provide strategic business partnering to R&D areas within Electronic Tools & Accessories
• Act as sparring partner to senior management on strategic and financial matters
• Create transparency on performance and challenge status quo
• Define and implement initiatives aligning with company strategy
• Prepare decision-making materials and support strategic decisions
• Initiate and steer activities to foster innovation and profitable growth
• Own performance management processes and drive continuous improvement
• Build an international network with Global Head of Business Development & Finance

• 5+ years in finance business partnering or strategic management in an international environment
• Degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate financial insights into actions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; trusted sparring partner at all levels
• Global mindset with strong strategic thinking and prioritization
• High learning agility and motivation for ownership and development
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent English; additional languages are advantageous
• Proficiency in SAP CO/FI and advanced Excel
• Willingness to relocate internationally in the medium term
